Our Conference

The Association’s annual conference offers a unique opportunity for members to attend workshops on issues pertinent to Public Administrators, Public Guardians, Public Conservators, deputies and other staff within the state of California. The conference lasts between three to five days and offers a variety of accredited workshops for member certification.

MOBILE APP FOR CONFERENCE INFO

To cut down on paper as well as streamline access to key conference information, the Association uses a mobile events app called GoEngage to provide key conference information, including speaker information and critical session materials. We have created a user-friendly guide to help you navigate the process of downloading and logging into the platform from either your Apple or Android phone. Simply click here to view and download the guide.

The app will be available to Spring Conference attendees by March 24th.

Please Note: Only registered attendees can view all the features on the app including information on class sessions with access to class materials. Non-attendees will be able to view information on the venue, sponsors and exhibitors only.

Hotel & Registration Information 2025

This year’s conference will be held from April 7 – 10, 2025 at the Riviera Resort & Spa in Palm Springs, CA. Online registration for the conference opens on January 6, 2025 and will be available for sale until March 17, 2025. Any registrants the day of the event will notice a significant increase in fees as noted below. Pricing tiers for this year are found below.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS

  • Hotel rooms are $229/night + $20 Resort fee + applicable taxes/fees (resort fee includes self-parking for 1 standard size car, access to guest WiFi in room, fitness center access, in-room coffee/tea, bicycle usage & golf storage)
  • Hotel reservation instructions will be sent in the confirmation email upon completing conference registration

PLEASE NOTE: Should you need to cancel your registration for any reason, penalty fees will be as follows:

  • Before March 17: All fees will be reimbursed but a $25 administrative fee will apply
