The Association is proud to announce the 2026 Member Training Conference, united by this year’s theme: Power of Purpose.
Each year, the annual conference brings together Public Administrators, Public Guardians, Public Conservators, deputies, and professional staff from across California for focused, high-impact learning. This multi-day event delivers in-depth training on the legal, ethical, and operational issues that define PA|PG|PC work—supporting members in meeting evolving statutory requirements while strengthening professional judgment and practice.

MOBILE APP FOR CONFERENCE INFO
To cut down on paper as well as streamline access to key conference information, the Association uses a mobile events app called GoEngage to provide key conference information, including speaker information and critical session materials. We have created a user-friendly guide to help you navigate the process of downloading and logging into the platform from either your Apple or Android phone. Simply click here to view and download the guide.
The app will be available to Spring Conference attendees by March 30th.
Please Note: Only registered attendees can view all the features on the app including information on class sessions with access to class materials. Non-attendees will be able to view information on the venue, sponsors and exhibitors only.
Hotel & Registration Information 2026
This year’s conference will be held from April 13 – 16, 2026 at the Hyatt Regency in Sacramento in the heart of California’s capital. Key information on conference registration and hotel accommodations is provided below, and additional details—including programming updates and logistics—will be shared as they become available. Ticket Pricing 2026
Please note: Your conference registration includes the following food and beverage offerings, designed to support you throughout the event:
- Monday evening networking reception
- Tuesday luncheon program and
- Daily afternoon refreshment breaks
Additionally, the hotel offers two restaurants and a bar/café, providing convenient options for dining throughout your stay. The surrounding downtown area also features a wide variety of restaurants within walking distance, giving members plenty of choices to explore. More details, including dining highlights and local recommendations, will be shared through the Event App as the conference date approaches.

The best value for attendees planning to participate in the full conference experience. This pass provides access to all scheduled sessions, included meals and networking events, and the greatest opportunity to engage in comprehensive training and peer collaboration throughout the week.
