Our Legislative Platform

The Association advocates for PA|PG|PC county professionals within the legislative process in California. Our legislative platform is guided by a set of Legislative Position Statements that have been approved by the Association’s Executive Board and are listed below.

The Executive Board empowers the Legislative Committee (compiled of our Members) and the Association’s Executive Director to monitor and advocate on legislation that could potentially impact the general business practices of the PA|PG|PC community as well as provide critical funding to support mandates placed on Public Administrators, Guardians or Conservators in each county.

Our efforts are focused on legislative and regulatory issues within the State of California, but may also engage in national matters when appropriate.
